Public Hearing

53 DWELLINGS BEHIND RAGGED HALL LANE

 

The appeal to the Planning Inspectorate for the application to build 53 new dwellings on Green Belt land between Ragged Hall Lane and Westfields Farm is scheduled to begin at 10am on Tuesday 13th February in the Council Chamber at the Civic Offices in St Albans. The hearing is expected to continue on Wednesday 14th February.

This will be an important decision and will show us the fundamental guidelines that PINS has been given by the Government regarding protections for the Green Belt.

PLEASE ATTEND IF YOU CAN!
(Even if you can only manage to be there for part of the hearing.)

All members of the public are welcome to attend and you are allowed to enter and leave at any time during the proceedings.
