On appeal to the Planning Inspectorate the application was again refused
DECISION 2: Costs Claim Refused!
Costs claimed by Martin Holderness against SADC were also refused

Today, Saturday 12th November, is the final day for comments on the Ragged Hall Lane application.
Whilst this is currently for only 7 houses, it is Green Belt land, and if allowed it could open the door to a much larger application in future.
We need to stop this from happening.
