Ragged Hall Lane – Footfall Study

Ragged Hall Lane – 53 new houses by LVW Property Brixton Hill Ltd.

A key feature of the harm that would be caused by the application by LVW Property Brixton Hill Ltd to build 53 new houses on Green Belt land behind Ragged Hall Lane is that it would turn the currently rural public right of way (PRoW) St Michael footpath 010 into a route through a residential development. If the other application on Ragged Hall Lane for 7 detached houses opposite Cuckman’s Farm is granted, the entire length of the popular PRoW will become urban.

The residents of Ragged Hall Lane conducted an excellent survey of the PRoW demonstrating that it is well used by many categories of users.
