03 Apr THE INQUIRY – INTERESTED PARTIES
UPDATE FOR 3rd APRIL 2023
The Public Inquiry process allows for local people to request to speak directly to the inspector. This is called Interested Parties and is particularly relevant if you have something to say which is either unique to you or a small number of people, or something that is not being raised in detail by KCG.
If you would like to speak to the Inspector, you will need to attend the Inquiry on the opening day – Monday 17th April – (or get someone to represent you) with a written version of what you want to say. The Inspector’s team will collate all the submissions and decide which he will hear. Usually, he will hear all submissions unless there are a lot which essentially have the same message. In this case, he may ask those individuals to combine what they want to say into one submission.
If you think you might like to speak to the Inspector but would like to know a bit more about it, or would like help with your submission, please let us know and we will do what we can to help.
Please use the ‘reply privately’ function or email us on campaign.team@keepchiswellgreen.org
We will post more about other aspects of the Inquiry in the coming days.
